WARRANTY  POLICY

Warranty policy :
From the date of purchase, 
CNNOME offers a one-year warranty for all heavy duty range power tools ，for the batteries and chargers is 6 months .

CNNOME offers a 6 months warranty for professional range and same time for the batteries and chargers is 3 months .

 

During the warranty period, CNNOME provides replacement parts services free of charge for manufacturing defects and material defects.

 

During the warranty period, if it is the following conditions, it is not covered by the free warranty.
1.Any daily wear and overload work
2.Man-made damage caused by failure to follow the instructions in the operating instructions
3.Damage caused by the customer during transportation or storage after sale
4.Any damage caused by unauthorized removal or modification of the tool 
5.Spare parts like sealing ring, carbon brush and other consumables
